Assistant Summer Camp Director for Aurora Day Camp’s 6-week summer program
Logistics Leadership for support across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4 years' experience of working in a camp setting or other related field
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and support staff and volunteers
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency with use of CRM systems, Microsoft office-based software platforms, and Canva
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven communication skills- both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to pass background checks as required
Completion of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and vaccination requirements
Availability to work required schedule with flexible hours during non program times
Ability to navigate uneven terrain and lift 30-40 pounds
