The ideal candidate will manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy in hotel financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting tasks related to hotel operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Reconcile hotel financial statements and ensure accuracy of all accounting records

Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation as required

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data

Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required

Proven experience as a Hotel Task Force Accountant or similar role in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
