Responsibilities

Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions within federal organizations
Collaborate with Agile teams and organizational stakeholders to gather and define IGA requirements
Develop, test, and deploy IGA functionalities through continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Support the creation of end-user training materials and security policies related to IGA
Establish processes for user identity verification, account provisioning, and access management to enforce security principles

Required

Must have Active Secret Clearance
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
At least 1 year of experience with enterprise IGA solutions such as Saviynt Security Manager, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or IBM Security Verify Governance
Knowledge of SQL, LDAP, and REST APIs
Experience with Agile development methodologies

Preferred

Working knowledge of Java, PowerShell scripting, or SCIM standards
