Responsibilities

Provide technical and engineering support for test and evaluation activities
Develop and document test concepts, methodologies, plans, execution procedures, and reports
Support data reduction, analysis, and reporting of test results
Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to plan and conduct test programs
Prepare or support preparation of test criteria, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
Analyze and evaluate technical problems, data, and system performance characteristics
Review test results to assess quality, adequacy, and validity of conclusions
Develop innovative approaches to resolve testing challenges and improve efficiency
Evaluate test environment configuration, capability, and operational relevance
De-conflict test schedules and provide recommendations to program test leadership

Required

Experience supporting test and evaluation activities for DoD or Air Force programs
Knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting methodologies
Experience with data analysis and evaluation of system performance
Familiarity with software and/or hardware test environments
Ability to work in a secure Government environment
Associates + 20 years RE; or Bachelors IRD + 15 years RE
Active Secret clearance required. Top Secret eligibility may be required based on assignment
