Responsibilities

Create, maintain, monitor, and analyze detailed project schedules aligned with PG&E standards and best practices
Track and report schedule progress, variances, and forecasts across multiple workstreams
Ensure accuracy of schedules, milestones, metrics, and resource loading
Coordinate schedules, task updates, meetings, and distribution of reports
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Identify critical path activities and perform what-if and scenario analysis
Track schedule baselines and develop mitigation and contingency plans
Maintain and manage project risk registers
Support cross-functional coordination to identify issues and drive resolution
Develop conceptual models and business capability traceability matrices
Support PMs with planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

Required

7+ years of experience in Project Scheduling / Project Controls / PMO roles
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel required)
Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks with changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling confidential project documentation
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Strong data analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Experience supporting large enterprise or IT transformation programs
ERP implementation experience (SAP preferred)
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Financial acumen and labor/resource forecasting experience
Experience with Power BI / Power Apps
Experience with SharePoint or similar document management tools
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
