They are seeking a Paid GTM Intern with a focus on Content Marketing to plan and produce engaging content for North American and Latin American audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan and produce short-form video/content for North American & Latin American audiences, including topic selection, structuring, scriptwriting, and basic editing (for images, short/long-form video, newsletter)

Manage content publishing and rhythm across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Xiaohongshu), adapting tone and style to fit platform-specific cultures

Navigate cultural nuances, ensuring content is sensitive to NA/LATAM communication boundaries, humor, aesthetics, and language styles to avoid cultural missteps

Required

Possess a film-related background or literacy: understand narrative (structure, pacing, conflict/twist) and cinematography (framing, sequencing, transitions), with a good eye for music, posters, and cover art

Highly attuned to the NA/LATAM content ecosystem: understand mainstream cultural symbols, trending topics, creator styles, and platform rules; skilled in cross-cultural 'translation.'

Strong copywriting and scripting skills, able to make complex topics clear and engaging with both information density and emotional appeal

Manage content publishing and rhythm across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Xiaohongshu), adapting tone and style to fit platform-specific cultures

Navigate cultural nuances, ensuring content is sensitive to NA/LATAM communication boundaries, humor, aesthetics, and language styles to avoid cultural missteps

20+ hours per week commitment

Must be responsive during key timezone communication windows
