Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI-driven automation tools that streamline operations and workflows across multiple teams

Leverage context engineering and prompt engineering to optimize AI performance

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance information retrieval relevance

Stay on the leading edge with the latest developments in automation technologies, machine learning, and AI, recommending and integrating advancements into Spokeo’s engineering team and operations

Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems

Analyze and optimize AI performance; ensure AI systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other software developers on cross-functional teams

Qualification

PythonPrompt engineeringContext engineeringTensor FlowNatural language processing

Required

At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science

7+ years of experience programming in Python is required

3+ years of experience with prompt engineering and/or context engineering

Preferred

Experience using Tensor Flow to build RAG-based MCP servers is a plus

Familiarity with language models, model-tuning, and other natural language processing tools is a plus
