Responsibilities

Monitor M365 roadmap, message center updates, and release notes
Working with product owners to analyze new and updated M365 product features
Assess business value, risk, compliance and technical readiness of new capabilities with the product owners
Develop adoption strategies and rollout plans for approved m365 features partnering with appropriate teams to ensure smooth implementation
Create user guidance, FAQs, and best-practice documentation
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and track adoption metrics
Identify opportunities to improve productivity through better use of M365 tools
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Collaboration, documentation and presentation skills
Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn
Design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions aligning business needs and governance standards
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
Configure, customize and develop SharePoint site components, libraries, lists and metadata structures
Advanced troubleshooting of permissions, inheritance, access issues, and content problems. Ability to diagnose workflow failures and connector errors
Advanced troubleshooting capability with Power Automate flows and Power Apps
Hands-on experience managing and deploying updates across Power Platform environments
Advanced knowledge with creating and applying governance controls, security roles and DLP policies within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments
Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex platform issues
Monitor and report on performance, usage, and health of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
Provide documentation and guidance to business users on platform capabilities and best practices
Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn
