New Grad, Entry LevelRobo Mart Industries is a technology-forward unattended retail company, seeking a part-time Outside Sales Associate to identify and secure high-value locations within the Nashville area. The role involves conducting outreach to property decision makers, making cold calls, and setting up meetings to promote their AI-powered retail solutions.

Responsibilities
Research and build a target list of properties (multifamily, office, commercial, mixed-use) within a 20-mile radius of Nashville
Conduct regular in-person outreach: visit leasing offices, property management offices, and front desks to introduce Robo Mart Industries and leave materials
Make structured cold calls to property managers, asset managers, and owners to set up discovery calls and on-site walkthroughs
Qualify opportunities by understanding each property’s amenities, resident/tenant profile, and decision-making process
Log all outreach activity and pipeline status (calls, visits, contacts, next steps) in a simple tracking system or CRM
Collaborate with the founder/leadership to refine messaging, share feedback from the field, and hand off warm opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience in outside sales, leasing, real estate, vendor/amenity sales, or similar role that required in-person and phone-based prospecting
Comfortable doing high-activity outreach: door-to-door property visits plus 50–80 cold calls per calling day
Strong face-to-face communication skills; able to quickly build rapport with leasing teams, property managers, and office administrators
Persistent and resilient—understands that “no” and “not now” are part of the process and follows up professionally
Organized, self-directed, and reliable; able to plan a daily or weekly territory route and execute with minimal supervision
Comfortable learning and articulating a technology-driven value proposition (AI smart coolers / unattended retail) in simple, benefit-focused language
