Responsibilities
Responsible for application ownership with regard to audit, governance, and maintenance
Manages to timelines and has matrix management responsibility
Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders
Responding to audit/regulatory requests, as well as escalating and presenting issues to governance forums as it pertains to Third Party Business Continuity
Preparing the governance documents needed for new initiatives and enhancements in collaboration with development/test leads, project managers and external vendor partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships across Enterprise Resiliency, Global Procurement, Global Information Security, as well as FLU Third Party oversight programs

Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
Detail-oriented and persistent, able to drive complicated tasks through to completion

Strong communication skills with ability to communicate well across many stakeholders and experience with senior leader communications
Data driven analytical approach to drive business solutions across the enterprise
Experience in managing multiple and often competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in drafting communications and presentation materials intended for senior audiences and regulators
Experience with complaint program elements, including complaint capture, resolution and/or thematic analysis processes
Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects, Infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
Experience with the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT), ARC and Data Restore process, and Third Party Testing process
4-6 years of hands on experience in payment space, especially for the merchants
4-6 years of hands on experience working with Information Security to ensure vendor application vulnerability remediated

unique blend of technical background but also capable of doing some PM work (presenting in meetings, coordinating with leads, partnering with GIS)
Need folks who have Java Development background
Should be able to understand application from programming mindset
Current team state: Has people on the risk/governance side (AppHQ, RISE, Business Continuity, think functional PMs)
Now needs developers who have a risk mindset
Bug fixes, vulnerability fixes
Cloud experience good to have since some of the Healthcare Payments Systems are in the cloud (AWS)
All tied to Healthcare Payments Systems work
Part time development – risk side, bugs, etc
GIS vulnerabilities – work with developers to remediate
