Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients to understand business goals, workflows, and challenges
Translate requirements into detailed architectural and solution design documents
Design scalable AI-driven solutions that integrate across multiple enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and Jira
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Moveworks platform for clients and internal teams
Oversee end-to-end solution design and ensure technical alignment with customer expectations
Present solution proposals, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate business value
Collaborate with international teams and participate in enterprise transformation programs
Travel occasionally to customer sites across the United States
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in consulting or enterprise environments
Proven experience leading complex digital transformation projects across multiple platforms
Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP), authentication methods (OAuth, JWT), and data formats (JSON, XML)
Proficiency with Python programming for back-end software development
Experience with enterprise SaaS applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or similar
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts is a strong plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to lead customer facing workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a talent for deconstructing complex processes
Understanding of project management and working within a software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Legal right to work in the United States (citizen or green card holder)
Preferred
Experience with AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies
Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms
ServiceNow CTA or CMA certification (or equivalent architecture credential)
Open source or personal project contributions
