Information Technology
Responsibilities
Break/Fix Execution: Diagnose and resolve hardware faults on servers, storage, and networking equipment (e.g., DIMMs, CPUs, SSDs/HDDs, NICs, PSUs, fans, motherboards, network transceivers)
Incident Response: Triage tickets, perform on-site interventions, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and change controls
Replace & RMA: Perform parts swaps, manage RMAs, track inventory usage, and update CMDB/asset systems
Validation & Return-to-Service: Run POST/BIOS checks, firmware validation, BMC/iDRAC/iLO health, OS handoff checks, and confirm nodes rejoin clusters/pools
Cabling & Connectivity: Replace/label patch cables, verify link integrity, and support Layer 1 troubleshooting
Quality & Compliance: Follow ESD, safety, and security protocols; maintain accurate documentation and ticket notes
Collaboration: Partner with NOC, Network Engineering, Server Engineering, and Logistics teams for escalations, coordinated maintenance, and fleet health initiatives
Qualification
Required
