Own the design, standards, and engineering execution for our FTTH network
Personally contribute to complex designs while leading and developing a team of engineers
Managing third-party design partners
Directly influence the quality, cost, and scalability of our network
Play a foundational role in how we design, build, and grow
Qualification
Required
Experience with OSP and Fiber Engineering
Strong focus on Splicing
Experience with Permitting
3rd Party Construction/Engineering Vendor management
Experience with FTTH (Fiber to the Home)
Hands-on technical and people leadership skills
Ability to own design, standards, and engineering execution for FTTH network
Experience in contributing to complex designs
Ability to lead and develop a team of engineers
Experience managing third-party design partners
Direct influence on quality, cost, and scalability of the network
Experience with OSP, Fiber, Construction, vendor management, financial reporting, PO Creation, supervisory skills, forecasting, Permitting, Leadership, document management system
Expert Level experience
Preferred
Experience with Vitruvi Software as a single Fiber Record Source
