Information Technology
Responsibilities
Receive incoming case information from clients and accurately log details into internal systems
Extract data from forms and enter it into Microsoft Word and Excel
Process cases through the next workflow stage with accuracy and timeliness
Handle sensitive medical information in compliance with HIPAA expectations
Take occasional inbound calls related to case updates or clarifications
Create PDFs, draft emails, and manage digital documentation
Support team members by assisting with caseload coverage when needed
Qualification
Required
Data entry experience with high accuracy
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel
Ability to create PDFs, insert tables, and perform basic formatting
Understanding of HIPAA and handling confidential medical information
Strong reliability, thoroughness, and attention to detail
Comfortable working fully remote with reliable high‑speed internet (20+ Mbps)
Must use personal computer; client provides phone access
