Qualification
Required
Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
Experience with payroll setup, processing, and payroll tax tracking
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online, including setup and support
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work on-site in River Falls, WI
Relevant certifications such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor or bookkeeping certifications
Preferred
Background in tax accounting or financial analysis is a plus
