Responsibilities
Assist field workers by understanding and addressing their equipment needs, including troubleshooting and performing repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and engine components. Engine repairs can range from basic servicing, such as oiling and greasing, to more complex tasks
Maintain an accurate inventory of parts needed for repairs, including looking up part numbers, ordering, receiving, and submitting all necessary documentation in both the company and customer systems. Ensure that required parts are available for repairs in the field
Perform fieldwork and travel to various job sites as needed to support ongoing maintenance and repair operations
Ensure that all gauges, clocks and testing equipment are calibrated according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards. Perform regular checks and manage the process of sending testing equipment out for annual recalibration, maintaining all necessary documentation
Accurately document inspections, repairs, and calibration activities in both the company’s internal system and the customer’s system. This includes the inspection and maintenance of EF Processors, Moles, and Missiles, as well as tracking repairs and parts replacements to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Three to five years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, preferably in the natural gas industry
Strong knowledge of equipment used in natural gas operations, including but not limited to pumps, compressors, engines, gauges, valves, and hydraulic systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail to ensure all repairs, inspections, and calibrations are performed to industry standards and fully documented
Exhibits ability to think practically and creatively to implement the best safety practices
Responds quickly and efficiently to emergency situations while remaining calm in a crisis
Able to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Able to travel
Preferred
Previous field service experience, with the ability to travel frequently to various sites for repair and maintenance tasks is preferred
