Responsibilities
Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications
Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy
Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships
Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly
Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture
Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services
May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship
Qualification
Required
Ability to assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates)
