Vice President of Sales, Post-Acute (national)

Responsibilities
Lead the Post-Acute Sales organization to promote Arjo’s portfolio of products and solutions to meet/exceed strategic, operational, and financial goals set by the Company for the Post-Acute market (Long Term Care and Homecare)
Develop and execute a sales strategy and establish key performance indicators to track performance to the plan
Inspire and motivate the Long Term Care Sales team to exceed all targets, take ownership, and be accountable while building a culture that helps develop and retain our top talent
Act as the single point of contact/resident expert to Arjo Corporate teams and the larger Field Sales organization for all activities relating to Arjo’s portfolio in the Post-Acute segment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field required
10+ years of successful Sales experience in medical device, including sales of consulting solutions to C-level personnel
Minimum 7 years of Sales Leadership, including managing sales leaders
Must have recent or current experience in the Post-Acute segment, including high-level understanding of industry trends and competitive strategies in order to identify opportunities
Proven sales track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollars annual quotas
Executive-level communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other database/ERP concepts
Demonstrated ability to lead a Sales team, influence others, and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Preferred
Advanced education preferred
Miller Heiman strategic selling and/or other related sales certifications preferred
