Qualification
Required
4+ years of legal and litigation experience with increasing roles and responsibilities
Proficiency with litigation matters, with a solid understanding of securities disputes, regulatory matters, and investment-loss cases
Experience drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents
Knowledge of legal proceedings in courts and strong courtroom presence
Experience conducting trials and depositions
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in California
Preferred
Experience in securities law and FINRA arbitrations is a plus
Flexible for remote work
