Responsibilities
Develop job specific training checklists for production employees
Develop onboarding checklist for professional employees
Build out training profiles into LMS system
Develop training content for QMS procedures beyond read & acknowledgement of procedures
Define process to have production employees conduct electronic training within LMS without email addresses
Define solution for production employees to access work instructions via tablets utilizing eQMS platform
Qualification
Required
College Student pursuing a degree in General Business Management, Engineering or relative field
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Contribute to project work as assigned
Preferred
Class status of Sophomore or Junior preferred
Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry
Available 30-40 hours/week preferred
Available for 10–12-week Summer RISE Program Internship
