Providing essential information to the Press Secretary and Communications Director to address inquiries from the media and the public

Representing the Office of Communications in departmental strategy meetings and collaborating with program staff on communication and media strategies, including social media initiatives

Developing and maintaining expertise in assigned subject areas, showcasing this knowledge to your supervisor and senior staff

Leading or assisting in the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, website content, brochures, and educational materials

Serving as the primary coordinator for official communications documents and authorizing the printing of specific official documents
