They are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern to work on CI projects that aid in the development of life-saving medical device projects during a 10-12 week summer internship.

Responsibilities
Lead change over project at our Injection Molding Facility
Lead Standardization of Daily Tier 1 Meetings
Lead Implementation of 5S in pilot area (Visual Management)
Track and Trend Work Cell Hour by Hour outputs and Pareto top issues for capacity constrained operations
Support the production floor with day-to-day problem solving
Support Kaizen Events
Required to be onsite for hands-on activities
Qualification
Required
College Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or relative field
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Class status of Sophomore or Junior preferred
Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry
Available 30-40 hours/week preferred
Available for 10–12-week Summer RISE Program Internship
