Customer Service Representative

Information Technology
Responsibilities
Handle work ticket orders for national accounts via phone or electronic systems (many calls are outbound)
Qualify and verify customer requests with accuracy and professionalism
Check technicians in and out, and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions
Ensure prompt and knowledgeable service that meets customer satisfaction
Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year of customer service experience
Previous call center experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated tenure and reliability (at least one year at each previous position)
