Greet and assist walk‑in and scheduled customers
Schedule appointments by phone and in person using probing questions
Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services
Process member information and documentation
Accept and process payments
Collaborate with sales representatives and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
Receptionist experience required
Greet and assist walk‑in and scheduled customers
Schedule appointments by phone and in person using probing questions
Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services
Process member information and documentation
Accept and process payments
Collaborate with sales representatives and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Preferred
Previous administrative or customer service experience (customer‑facing preferred)
Microsoft Office knowledge
Experience using a CRM
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
