They are seeking college students interested in a Quality Engineering career to join their RISE Program, which offers hands-on work experience in the medical device field during a summer internship.

Responsibilities
Develop a program to disposition NCMR products in timely fashion
Set criteria on when NCMRs require a CAPA
Broaden criteria of Quality escalation to Tier 3
Build table of financial thresholds requiring pre-authorization to scrap product
Build out metrics and automated data collection to measure effectiveness of QMS to present at Tier 4
Qualification
Required
College Student pursuing a degree in General Business Management, Engineering or relative field
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Contribute to project work as assigned
Preferred
Class status of Sophomore or Junior preferred
Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry
Available 30-40 hours/week preferred
Available for 10–12-week Summer RISE Program Internship
