Entry, Mid LevelAlpha Tango LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver live, virtual cybersecurity training sessions for small businesses participating in the TTU Cybersecurity Assistance Center program. The role focuses on education, awareness, and foundational cybersecurity practices, tailored for small business environments.

Responsibilities
Deliver a minimum of two (2) live virtual cybersecurity training sessions per month
Present cybersecurity concepts clearly to non-technical SMB audiences
Follow standardized curricula aligned with TTU program objectives
Facilitate live Q&A and discussion during sessions
Ensure training sessions are recorded and suitable for on-demand viewing
Provide light post-session documentation (session topic, date, duration, attendance)
Coordinate with program staff to ensure accessibility and compliance requirements are met
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering cybersecurity, IT, or security-awareness training
Experience presenting to non-technical audiences
Experience working with small businesses, startups, or community organizations
Ability to explain cybersecurity concepts in clear, practical language
Comfort delivering live training in a virtual environment
Comfort working within grant-funded or public-sector programs with documentation requirements
