Responsibilities
Works on assigned tasks which has business deadlines
Documents the analysis and shares it with stakeholders
Creates and maintains best in class Tableau dashboards from scratch
Pulls data to meet business requests on an ad hoc basis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
Strong technically in SQL/Tableau/Analysis using tools such as Excel and have worked extensively in a fast-paced environment
Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify data needs and develop solutions that meet business requirements
Research and understand data from various data sources/applications and leverage them to solve business questions
Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including APIs, databases, and flat files
Develop and maintain automated processes that streamline data analysis and reporting
Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets
Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive models using Python, document the approach and present findings to stakeholders
Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing
Perform adhoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve existing processes
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis
Qualification

Previous experience working with call, case and order data from sources such as Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVR etc
Extracting data, transforming it by duplication and combining data, and loading data into the database so it really encapsulates what they were asking for when he mentioned 'ability to understand and properly use data'. Essentially gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating it into a single space
It sounds like this role is a mix of an ETL Developer/Data Scientist/Data Analyst role
Experience using Python for data analysis and predictive analytics
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel etc)
