They are seeking an experienced RTM / RPM Consultant to support internal strategy and customer implementation across Medicare-aligned care programs, focusing on operational design and workflow alignment.

Responsibilities
Advise KuduCare leadership on RTM and RPM operational design, including supervision models, staffing considerations, and workflow alignment
Support customer onboarding and education related to RTM and related Medicare programs
Guide practices through the practical application of general supervision models and the appropriate use of auxiliary personnel
Provide subject-matter expertise on 98980 and 98981 time-based treatment management codes, including documentation expectations and operational guardrails
Help distinguish appropriate use cases and operational differences between RTM and RPM, based on prior experience
Review and pressure-test proposed workflows for compliance risk, audit defensibility, and scalability
Contribute to internal playbooks, FAQs, and customer-facing guidance materials
Serve as a subject-matter resource for complex or edge-case customer questions
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing or advising on RTM and/or RPM programs in Medicare-aligned environments
Working knowledge of general supervision vs. direct supervision models
Use of auxiliary personnel in time-based monitoring programs
Operational and documentation considerations for 98980 and 98981
Prior experience supporting or advising clinical practices (e.g., physicians, therapists, care teams) through monitoring program setup and execution
Strong understanding of how CMS guidance is interpreted and applied in real clinical operations (including awareness of MAC variability)
Ability to explain complex billing and operational concepts clearly to non-billing audiences
Comfort operating in early-stage, evolving environments where policies and workflows are still being refined
Preferred
Prior experience specifically with RTM (RPM-only experience is acceptable)
Experience working with therapy-adjacent or behavioral health practices
Experience supporting digital health, SaMD, or technology-enabled care programs
Prior consulting or advisory experience with multiple practices or organizations
