Develop executive-level presentations and reports that effectively communicate technical strategies, project updates, and business impacts
Create and maintain technical documentation for platforms, products, and processes using industry best practices
Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and collaboration across teams
Track and document project progress using JIRA, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to gather information and synthesize into clear, actionable deliverables
Ensure all documentation adheres to brand guidelines and meets the expectations of senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in PowerPoint, technical writing, and collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
Program management skills
Project management skills
Agile methodology knowledge
Ability to create clear, concise, and visually compelling documentation for executive audiences
Experience in translating complex technical concepts into strategic, business-friendly narratives for C-level stakeholders
