Contract Recruiter

The Recruiter - Operational Roles will lead the recruitment process for key operational positions, utilizing strategic sourcing and managing the full hiring lifecycle to align with the company's growth strategies.

Responsibilities
Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks
Use Boolean search techniques and other innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for operational roles, including maintenance technicians, logistics coordinators, construction supervisors, and warehouse staff
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company standards
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview scheduling process
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
Guide candidates through the interview and hiring process, addressing questions and providing timely updates
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Greenhouse)
Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and role expectations
Provide market insights and data to inform recruitment strategies and compensation discussions
Ensure clear and consistent communication with hiring managers regarding candidate status and feedback
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and sourcing effectiveness
Participate in recruitment strategy meetings to align on priorities and hiring goals
Support the development of standardized job descriptions and interview templates for operational roles
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an engineering consulting or operational environment
Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring for maintenance, construction, logistics, or similar operational roles
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS system Greenhouse required, and recruitment marketing tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
