In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and providing excellent customer service.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Install and program security systems, audio and video systems, telecommunications equipment, and other low voltage devices
Troubleshoot and repair low voltage electrical systems, including identifying and correcting wiring and connectivity issues
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time and materials used
Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 years of experience installing and maintaining low voltage/electrical systems in commercial settings
Knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Associate degree or technical certificate in a related field preferred
Must be dependable and proven ability to show up on time
