Troubleshoot and repair server and network hardware issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Collaborate effectively across teams to maintain operational excellence
Ensure compliance with physical and security requirements

Qualification

Required

1+ year experience with computer hardware
1+ year experience with computer networking
1+ year experience with Linux operating systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
Lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
Work in elevated locations as needed
