Bactronix Corp. is a science-based microbial control company specializing in testing and treating for mold, bacteria, viruses, and odor. They are seeking an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to handle incoming residential customer inquiries and build the sales force, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Promptly respond to all incoming leads (email, Angie’s List, phone messages) at the start of each business day, prioritizing phone calls as the primary contact method. Make consistent daily contact attempts via phone, email, and text until contact is made, and document all activity in our CRM
Handle the majority of residential customer inquiries by remaining available to answer incoming calls. Wear a headset when away from your desk to ensure calls are not missed
Enter all leads into our CRM on the same day they are received. Record all contact attempts, send proposals, and ensure booked customers are entered into the scheduling system before the end of each day
Schedule customer projects based on job size and logistics. Confirm upcoming appointments, dispatch daily jobs to technicians, pair crews appropriately, and ensure productivity goals are met (minimum of two jobs per truck per day or one multi-furnace home)
When the General Manager is unavailable, assist with rescheduling jobs due to cancellations or technician call-offs, and fill open schedule slots when possible
Address customer concerns and complaints by coordinating with technicians and working toward resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to the General Manager as needed
Identify opportunities to promote additional services (e.g., mold remediation, disinfection) and enter qualified leads into our CRM for the appropriate specialist
Assist with drafting customer communications, creating marketing materials, and staffing company booths at trade shows and events
Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, ensuring all daily tasks are completed before leaving, including customer follow-ups, documentation, scheduling, and proposals
Qualification
Required
Energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle all incoming residential customer inquiries
Experience with cold calling and warm calling
Ability to respond promptly to all incoming leads (email, Angie's List, phone messages)
Ability to make consistent daily contact attempts via phone, email, and text until contact is made
Experience with CRM systems for documentation and lead management
Ability to schedule customer projects based on job size and logistics
Ability to confirm upcoming appointments and dispatch daily jobs to technicians
Ability to address customer concerns and complaints
Ability to identify opportunities to promote additional services
Ability to assist with drafting customer communications and creating marketing materials
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
