The technician will evaluate existing equipment and coordinate with Regional Managers while managing service tickets and assisting the EUC team with various technical tasks.

Responsibilities
Assess endpoint equipment at distributor locations to ensure devices meet company standards
Evaluate existing equipment and propose replacements, repairs, or updates as needed
Coordinate recommendations with Regional Managers
Open and manage service tickets
Assist the EUC team with imaging, replacements, and repairs when required

Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong customer service mindset with professionalism, empathy, and patience
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
Experience installing and supporting productivity software (Office 365, antivirus, business applications)
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting using tools such as Teams, RDP, or TeamViewer
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and solution validation
