Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek Billing solutions
Implement and customize manuscripts, example forms, rating, UI components, and TransACT workflows
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Duck Creek applications
Ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards
Support integration with other systems and third-party services
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Qualification
Required
Direct Duck Creek development experience (Billing module required)
Strong knowledge of manuscript development, example forms, rating, UI, and TransACT
Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies (Author, Express, Billing)
Understanding of insurance billing processes and workflows
Experience with configuration, scripting, and debugging within Duck Creek
Familiarity with SQL and integration patterns
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
