Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related design field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training
5+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design and fit
Outstanding ability to apply and perform foundational design skills, including drawing/sketching, illustrations across analog and digital platforms. 3D experience is a plus
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, concept ideation, color theory and have strong presentation skills along with the ability to convey your design point of view through a variety of visual tools to both internal and external partners
Comprehensive understanding of materials, fit and performance design
Relevant Apparel/Fashion/Design experience through on-job training and strong portfolio representation
Preferred
Background in sport performance and sport style innovation
