Responsibilities
Recommend the best licensing options
Build a more structured and efficient approach to software oversight
Ensure compliance, provisioning cloud software, analyzing consumption patterns to identify unused licenses and recommend the best licensing options
Use available tools and services available for license management (Saas, and cloud cost consumption)
Create processes and use technologies for managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software applications
Assist in developing and running scripts for software audits and improving visibility into our licensing and application usage
Assisting Ticketing Requests and reporting
Qualification
Required
Experience in software compliance and license management
Ability to track, maintain, and fulfill service tickets
Experience coordinating software installation and reviewing software
Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) systems
Ability to analyze consumption patterns to identify unused licenses
Experience recommending licensing options
Ability to use tools and services for license management, SaaS, and cloud cost consumption
Experience creating processes for managing and optimizing software applications
Ability to assist in developing and running scripts for software audits
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
