They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Human Resources team with recruiting operations, social media recruitment, and employer branding during the summer internship.

Responsibilities
Provide support for day-to-day Talent Acquisition and HR activities in the corporate office
Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations
Assist with candidate coordination, onboarding preparation, and new hire welcome materials, including gift bags and workspace/cubicle setup
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and internship opportunities on social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Help draft and organize recruitment-related social media content that highlights company culture, career opportunities, and employer brand
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure social media and recruiting communications align with company values and brand guidelines
Support corporate office events, hiring initiatives, and internal HR communications
Input and maintain candidate and employee information in internal HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum Junior status at the time of internship
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and employer branding
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred) and interest in social media recruiting
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Professional work ethic with a positive, proactive, and curious mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Outlook, Teams, or ATS platforms is a plus
Ability to commit to a 10-week onsite internship (June–August)
Must reside in New York during the internship and work onsite in New York
Preferred
Interest in or coursework related to AI, data, HR technology, or digital tools is strongly preferred
