Provide systematical solutions to support the service in transportation research and help the center to manage inventory, database design and management, programming projects, and IT device maintenance using the knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Design; Data Management & Big Data Technology; Consulting & Solution Architecture
Design databases for storing transportation-related data and support transportation analysis, project needs, and application features using the knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Design; Data Management & Big Data Technology; Consulting & Solution Architecture
Optimize databases for fast data retrieval and handle data sharing and integration with various applications using the knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Design; Data Management & Big Data Technology; Consulting & Solution Architecture
Design and maintain data management lifecycle; document system operation; and spec and set up new servers using the knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Design; Data Management & Big Data Technology; Consulting & Solution Architecture
Mentor students in data visualization and analysis, and developing new modules in SMART Tools using the knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Design; Data Management & Big Data Technology; Consulting & Solution Architecture
Repair and set up computers for the center and provide software and hardware support for center staff using the knowledge of Information Systems Analysis and Design; Data Management & Big Data Technology; Consulting & Solution Architecture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, or foreign equivalent
