Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper escrow and insurance management
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, escrow administration, asset management, or housing finance operations
Strong knowledge of rental housing finance, escrow structures, and loan servicing practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret loan documents, regulatory requirements, and financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and servicing or financial management systems
Preferred
Experience with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HUD, and state housing finance agency programs
