Support the accurate processing of vendor disbursements by reviewing high volumes of invoices and payment requests
Ensuring appropriate documentation and safeguarding organizational assets
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to disbursements
Perform daily data entry verifications
Help maintain accuracy and compliance across accounts payable processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of accounts payable experience is required
Personal computer competence required
Preferred
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft financial system is preferred
