Responsibilities
Execute daily procurement operations for server raw materials, including placing purchase orders, confirming delivery schedules, etc
Follow up on the progress of purchase orders, communicate with suppliers in a timely manner to confirm shipment status, and coordinate with the warehouse for receipt and inspection
Assist in checking and verifying procurement invoices, sorting out procurement documents (orders, contracts, inspection reports), and ensuring the integrity of financial records
Support the supervisor in completing procurement data statistics and other auxiliary work; report problems encountered in procurement in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields
2+ years of procurement experience in the electronics/hardware industry (experience in server raw materials is a plus)
Basic understanding of server raw material types and specifications (e.g., CPU, DDR, SSD, Chassis, PSU, heatsink, Cable, etc.)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using office software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Good English communication skills (written and spoken, TOEIC 500+)
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Careful and rigorous, with strong attention to detail
