Responsibilities

Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and growth plan for the non-profit division

Build and manage a team specializing in non-profit services

Promote innovation and best practices in accounting, tax, audit, and advisory

Lead all non-profit tax matters, including preparing and reviewing Forms 990, 990-T, and related filings

Ensure tax planning and compliance with all non-profit clients

Stay informed on evolving tax regulations for exempt organizations

Cultivate relationships with local, regional, and national non-profits

Provide tailored services including fractional CFO support and compliance consulting

Representing the firm at industry events and conferences

Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the non-profit space

Form partnerships with sector leaders and stakeholders

Oversee delivery of tax, audit, accounting, and advisory solutions

Support clients in managing grant compliance, fund accounting, and donor reporting

Recruit and mentor staff to deepen non-profit expertise

Foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth
