Responsibilities
Perform and document hourly inspections, run profiles, and retain samples per EverTec SOPs
Monitor production for defects and inaccuracies; correct and report non-conformities and initiate hold procedures when needed
Train team members on QA SOPs and conduct audits to ensure compliance
Collaborate with Packaging Team Leads and Operations to resolve quality issues
Communicate effectively during shift transitions for smooth handoffs
Identify raw material defects and report findings to the Quality Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read a ruler, scale, and micrometer; perform basic math calculations
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Technical school preferred
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection roles preferred
Spanish bilingual a plus
