Responsibilities
Leading and mentorship of junior staff while managing the completion of multiple transportation structures design tasks
Coordination with Sr Project Managers and other staff to meet schedule and budget requirements
Preparation of accurate presentation, design, and construction document details
Preparation of permit applications and submittal packages to agencies having jurisdiction
Coordination with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors and other parties associated with assigned projects
Development and adherence to project scope, schedules and budgets
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of roadway design
Experience in people management or supervision
Detail-oriented individual with strong technical and organizational skills
Proficiency in standard industry software including MS Office
Works well in multidisciplinary team environments with ability to meet deadlines
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client needs and deadlines, as well as other assigned project parameters
Preferred
PE certification
