Responsibilities

Support the development of the annual business plan for the portfolio and ensure its delivery

Ensure team awareness of the business plan and its context for informed decision-making

Adhere to underwriting standards, instructions, and good practice to minimize risk and maximize efficiency

Establish and strengthen relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Demonstrate an understanding of market dynamics and cycles to enhance business performance

Continually develop expertise and technical knowledge through appropriate activities

Underwrite insurance risks in accordance with the business plan and personal authority

Contribute to the review and analysis of the portfolio to identify new business opportunities

Ensure accurate recording of entries on Division systems for data integrity

Manage team performance fairly and in line with the performance process
