BayCare Health System is one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area, and they are seeking a Patient Financial Solutions Business Analyst. The role involves building strong customer relationships, auditing and evaluating data, and managing projects to improve Accounts Receivable and overall financial processes.

Responsibilities

Will build strong customer relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams

Based on assigned focus areas, the Business Analyst will work both independently and with teams/leadership to audit and evaluate data, document processes, make recommendations for improvement, design and build data output/dashboards, train end-users and ensure data is monitored

Project management and oversight will include but not limited to major PFS projects, new business, process improvement initiatives, strategic goals, automation initiatives, productivity analysis, and overall initiatives to improve Accounts Receivable

Additionally, conduct ad hoc analysis, presentations or training to deliver information using Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc)

Candidates MUST reside in Florida OR be willing to relocate

Advanced Excel (pivot tables & complex formulas) skills, working with large amounts of data, knowledge of Revenue Cycle practices, and building dashboards using Power BI (or other similar system)

Bachelor's in related field with 4 years of Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience; OR Master's in related field with 2 years Revenue Cycle or Project Management experience

Advanced Power BI Expertise: Proven experience designing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards to analyze, trend, and visualize complex datasets. Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and performance improvement

Project Management & Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously. Skilled in applying project management methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams
