Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure program feasibility and efficiency
Utilize MasterCAM and other CAD/CAM software to design and create machining instructions
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that manufactured components meet the required tolerances and specifications
Provide support during machine operation and troubleshooting as necessary
Maintain documentation of programming changes and updates for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience in a Manufacturing Environment with CNC Programming, CNC Machining, Design, SolidWorks, Mastercam
5+ years in machining or CNC programming
Proficiency in SolidWorks, MasterCAM
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality control
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Engineering degree or technical certification
