Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring for data center construction projects
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEP engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and success
Track and manage project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, ensuring transparency and collaboration
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within data centers or mission-critical environments
Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the industrial or semiconductor sectors
Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and data center operations
Familiarity with MEP systems and construction methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
