Human Resources Director
Arcadia Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to manage the full employee life cycle for their facility. This role involves recruiting staff, resolving employee relations issues, and acting as a strategic partner between departments to influence company culture.

Responsibilities
Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolves complex employee relations issues for your facility
Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees and administrator to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more
Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, company policies, in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Assistance with Medical Record digital scanning and uploading for residents charts
Qualification
Required
Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care
Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
